Adam S. Skorecki

Mr. Skorecki is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of Arnall Golden Gregory and serves as the Vice-Chairman of that practice group. He is involved in corporate and real estate transactions, and has had extensive experience in all types of financing, including bond financing. Mr. Skorecki has primary responsibility for bond-related work at Arnall Golden Gregory, which involves both privately placed and publicly offered issues. He also has extensive experience with corporate acquisitions, mergers and other combinations, as well as asset based, real estate and other conventional forms of financing. He has had extensive experience in the acquisition, sale and financing of nursing homes and other related types of healthcare facilities, as well as financing for such facilities with specialized lending institutions. He is a member of the Firm’s Healthcare, Mergers and Acquisitions/Strategic Alliances, and Corporate Finance Practice Teams.
