  • The Cottages at AvonLea are our newest addition toward our goal of having the best Assisted Living & Independent Living Retirement Community in North Mississippi!

    AvonLea Retirement Community proudly offers the finest in Senior Living with the addition of The Cottages at AvonLea. These spacious units allow fully independent living in a setting designed for maximum enjoyment of the senior lifestyle. The single or couple will find these units conducive to entertaining family and friends, spending time with their neighbors or just enjoying their privacy. For those needing or desiring some personal assistance, the staff at AvonLea Assisted Living will provide personal care services for a small fee.

    Each cottage is a spacious 1300 plus square feet which includes a master bedroom and bath, a guest bedroom and bath, living room, dining room, kitchen, covered patio and a large double garage with automatic door. The cottage amenities include a whirlpool tub in the master bath, and a separate shower with a seat, large walk in closet in the master bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer hookups.

    The Cottages offer all the comforts of home without the daily stress of home ownership. Located on the campus of AvonLea Assisted Living and Retirement Community, the Cottage residents can blend into life at the AvonLea Community while continuing an active independent lifestyle.
